Having this form completed will make your claims process a lot easier and a lot quicker.  
It is very important that you give Excel Jewellers and the insurance company as much information as possible.

2.    Your insurance adjuster’s name and company

3.    A claim number

We will take care of the rest.  Your replacement jewellery will not be of lower quality or value, this we guarantee.
