Items can be returned **within 30 days** of delivery. Ensure your jewellery is **unworn, unaltered**, and in **good condition**, with all original certificates and accessories included.

Once your return is received, our customer service team will review it to confirm the item's condition before processing your refund or exchange.
Step 3: Restocking & Exclusions
Returned merchandise is subject to a **15% restocking fee**. Custom-made or special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature.

- **Non-returnable Items**: Custom orders, special orders, altered items (e.g., ring sizing), sale/discounted items, and loose gemstones cannot be returned or exchanged.
- **Return Authorization Required**: A **return authorization number** is required for all returns to be processed. Make sure you contact us before sending your item back.
- **Refund Methods**: Refunds under $100 will be issued as cash; for amounts over $100, refunds will be processed by cheque within 7 days. Alternatively, you can choose store credit or an exchange.
