    Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $500. Orders under $500 are shipped via CANADA POST Priority Mail, while orders over $500 are shipped via FedEx or UPS. In cases where FedEx or UPS service is unavailable, alternative shipping agencies will be used. Note that overnight shipping may not be available in all areas.

    All our products come with a free lifetime warranty, ensuring your purchase is protected.
  • Order Processing
    Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. We aim to ship your items as quickly as possible.
  • Signature Required
    Orders over $1,000 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.


  • 30-Day Free Return
    We offer a free 30-day return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unaltered, and in good condition with original certificates and accessories.
  • Review by Customer Service
    Upon receiving your return, it will be reviewed by our customer service team.
  • Non-returnable Items
    Special orders or custom-made merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange due to their unique nature. Excel Jewellers is not responsible for lost, damaged, or customs returned shipments. A return authorization number is required for all returns. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.

    Product weights and dimensions are approximate. Total diamond weight may have a +/-10% tolerance. Prices on this website are subject to change without notice. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, occasionally items may be mis-priced. Excel Jewellers reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices due to typographical, photographic, or technical errors.
  • Return Policy
    Items purchased at regular price may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition and accompanied by the original gift box with all warranty cards and booklets intact. Sale items, discounted items, closeouts, special orders, loose gemstones and diamonds, body/piercing jewelry, watch and jewelry repairs, altered pieces (including ring sizing), and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and may only be used for purchases. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit or exchange. Cash refunds under $100 will be issued as cash; over $100, a cheque will be issued in 7 days.
